It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. EasyAlo is not liable for any issues resulting from the use of an incompatible device.
8. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases such as technical errors or failure to activate the eSIM, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.
- The Customer must fully cooperate with the support team to resolve the issue.
- Once the eSIM has been installed, the service is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
- All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in good faith.
